Our Viviane's Delicate wash is made for hand washing delicate textiles and fabrics of any kind - Perfect for silk, linen and wool to name a few. Many also choose to use this soap as a delicate hand or body soap as well!
Ingredients: 100% organic extra virgin olive oil, filtered water, organic cedar essential oil
How to use
Place the bar of soap in a basin of cold to tepid water (avoid hot water, especially when washing woolens). Swish the soap around after letting it sit for a few minutes, then remove the bar. Add your delicate garment(s) and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Agitate gently (wool may felt if rubbed), rinse if desired, then hang or lay flat to dry.
Helpful washing notes:
- Remember it is the soapy water passing through the fibers that does the washing, and less rubbing of the garment is needed.
- You need less soap than you think - adjust as needed but especially with wool soap causes more felting.
